iNaturalist is a social network of naturalists, citizen scientists, and biologists. built on the concept of mapping and sharing observations of biodiversity across the globe. You record what you observe in nature, share it with others in the platform and have a discussion about your findings.
The platform provides people with an opportunity to contribute to biodiversity science, as people’s findings are shared with scientific data repositories.
